The menu includes umi budou (sea grapes) from Miyako Island, bitter gourd stir-fry, and a five-piece sashimi platter featuring fresh fish from Okinawa,
The menu offers a full range of traditional Okinawan delicacies!
To finish off the meal, we served it with juicy rice porridge, which can be called the Okinawan version of zosui, and fisherman's soup, which is full of seafood flavor,
Please taste it while being healed by the dust!
