Gill Breathing Miyakojima Branch is offering a special course from June to provide such time.
The "Luxury Course 5,500 yen (tax included)" features an array of Japanese dishes that will make you feel the summer season!
First, two kinds of appetizers greet you.
Next is a five-piece sashimi platter of the freshest sashimi, offering a taste of the bounty of the sea.
Then, enjoy a seasonal menu with today's chilled chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) and tempura with plenty of summer vegetables.
The deep flavor of saikyo miso makes the saikyoyaki sea bream a perfect accompaniment to a drink.
The Nakatsu Karaage imported from Torika in Oita Prefecture allows you to compare two types of fried chicken: thigh and meat.
The meal is topped off with pressed sushi with eel and warm fisherman's soup!
This is a special plan that includes 9 dishes and a full 2.5 hours of beverages.
